Outlook Web App custom Add-In "Edit as New email"

I need a custom add-in for OWA for Microsoft 365 that replicates the "Edit as new email" functionality in Thunderbird.
The user should be able, from any email (received or sent), to click a button that will instantly open a new Write message window pre-loaded with an email that will appear identical to the one he wants to replicate, including the body, the recipients and cc.
The user will then be able to edit such email in any way he/she wants, and then send it out.
