Sync Bookings with Outlook Calendars

I need a simple, reliable way to keep my Microsoft Bookings calendar in lockstep with my personal Outlook calendars inside our Office 365 tenant. Right now, bookings made by customers show up only in the Bookings app; I want every new booking, update, or cancellation to appear automatically in my personal calendar—and ideally reflect changes the other way, too.

• Review my current Office 365 setup to confirm Bookings is correctly provisioned.
• Configure or script the one-way or two-way sync so events flow between Microsoft Bookings and my personal Outlook calendar without duplicates.
• Give me a quick walkthrough or short set of written steps so I can maintain the connection if Microsoft rolls out changes.

Success means I can schedule a test appointment in Bookings and see it instantly on my Outlook calendar (desktop, mobile, and web). No complex custom code is required if native settings or Power Automate are enough, but I’m open to a lightweight Graph API solution if that proves simplest.
