Outlook 365 Contact Sharing Setup

I have a requirement to set up contact sharing on my Outlook 365. Specifically, the setup should allow me to share my contacts with certain individuals only, who also use Outlook 365.

Details:
* I'm using Outlook 365
* I want to share my contacts with specific people
* All the people I want to share contacts with are also using Outlook 365

Ideal freelancer for this job should have:
* Experience with Outlook 365
* Familiarity with setting up contact sharing features
* Great attention to detail to ensure only the intended recipients have access to shared contacts

Freelancer will be required to guide me through the process step by step so that I can manage it myself in the future.

I have a Microsoft 365 account.
I want to put my contacts in outlook in folders/groups and share the groups with certain people in our Microsoft family .

Currently in my iPhone there is many many contacts in groups . I setup the groups in iCloud, many contacts have double ups or more … some have 5.

Contacts are in iPhone, iCloud, yahoo … I’m not too sure .

But when I add or remove someone from a folder I want it to sync with the other users too,

Also if we could do the same thing with email.

I’m using the latest version of outlook365(new) .
