Office 365 Power Automate - Interview Assessment Form

We are looking to automate the form with Microsoft Power Automate.
We have created the Microsoft Form and are looking to get PDF created and stored in SharePoint Library. Microsoft Form submission should trigger the line in the SharePoint list.
Scope of the project:
- Generate PDF files for each Microsoft form submission (check attached .doc form)
- Store the PDF in the Microsoft SharePoint Library
- Update Microsoft List with Microsoft Form results
- Should be done in Microsoft Power Automate
