Multi Department Email Signatures

Hi There - we are financial planning company located in Sydney Australia. I’m refreshing our company’s email signatures and need a set of modern, clean HTML templates that slot straight into both Office 365 and HubSpot. Each template must carry the same core details—name, job title, our logo and brand colours, full contact information, social media icons—and also leave room for a headshot for anyone who wants to add it.

Two departments require their own tailored versions: Sales and Customer Support. The content ts can shift slightly between them (mainly headshots) but overall styling should stay consistent so every message still feels unmistakably “us”.

What I expect from you:

• Two HTML signature files (Sales, Customer Support) coded for trouble-free copy-and-paste installation in Office 365 and HubSpot
• Clear, step-by-step setup notes or a short screen-recording that shows the paste-in process for both platforms
• Inline, well-structured code that renders correctly in Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail and mobile clients
• Hosted image links or guidance on where to host them so nothing breaks
• A quick round of tweaks once we’ve tested in real mailboxes & the ability to add and remove information or links, very easily
