Migrate WordPress Sites & Email

I need two WordPress sites, their domains and the related Office 365 mailboxes plus a few other unrelated domain names moved to a new hosting environment that can provide generous email storage while keeping monthly costs down. I am looking at Namecheap but if you knew better and more cost effective please advise.

The job covers:
• Full copy and transfer of the two WordPress installations (files, databases, themes, plugins, media)
• Migration of the domains’ DNS records and SSL certificates so traffic points cleanly to the new server with no broken links or warnings
• Export of all current Office 365 mailboxes and import into the new server’s email system, preserving folder structure, contacts and calendars and history.
• Verification that every message, attachment and user credential works after cut-over
• Final switch-over with minimal downtime and a quick rollback plan in case of issues

Acceptance will be based on both sites loading flawlessly from the new host, every mailbox sending/receiving without loss, and clear post-migration documentation (login URLs, server settings, and backup instructions) plus all domains transferred successfully.
