Build Power Automate Email Assistant Using OpenAI (FYXER-Style Email Automation)

DESCRIPTION:
I’m looking for a freelancer with experience in Power Automate and OpenAI API integration to build an automated email assistant that works like FYXER AI.

The goal is to automatically read incoming Outlook emails and generate professional, polite, and helpful replies using GPT (ChatGPT 4 API). The assistant should work seamlessly in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

SCOPE OF WORK:
Trigger

Flow should activate when a new email arrives in my Outlook inbox.

Processing

Extract the sender, subject, and body of the email.

Send this data to the OpenAI API.

Use a custom prompt to generate a response in my tone (professional migration agent and business operator).

Response

Return the GPT-generated reply.

Option to either:

Send automatically via Outlook, or

Save as a draft for manual review.

Optional Logging (Nice to Have)

Log each original email and the AI response to OneDrive or SharePoint

Option to flag or tag emails post-reply

TOOLS AND PLATFORMS:
Microsoft Power Automate

Outlook (Microsoft 365)

OpenAI API (I will provide the API key)

OneDrive or SharePoint (for logging, optional)

DELIVERABLES:
Fully working Power Automate flow (can be imported into my account or built live)

The prompt used to generate responses via OpenAI

Short setup guide or Loom video showing how it works and how I can modify it

Error handling included

REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience building Power Automate flows

Prior integration with OpenAI (ChatGPT or GPT-4 models)

Familiarity with Outlook and Microsoft 365 environment

Fluent English communication
