Hyper-V & O365 Support

I need an experienced Windows infrastructure engineer available 40 hours a week, Monday-to-Friday, 9 am–5 pm (my local time), for the next three to six months. Your day-to-day priority is hands-on maintenance and support: keeping our Hyper-V virtualisation platform, Active Directory, and Office 365 environment fully patched, optimised, and trouble-free while always thinking “security first” in line with a Zero-Trust mindset.

Alongside the routine work you will also help me formalise and document best-practice configuration “by the book”, carry out small-to-medium migrations between tenants or hosts, and ensure Veeam backups are running cleanly. Regular system updates, performance monitoring, and swift issue troubleshooting are expected without prompting—you should be the curious, proactive type who spots a potential problem before users do.

Deliverables will include:
• Stable, well-documented Hyper-V, AD, and O365 configurations
• Weekly health-check and security reports
• Clear remediation notes for any incidents resolved
