GLPI Integration with Microsoft 365

We build a new GLPI system in our environment and we are not able to resolve the notification part for GLPI to Microsoft 365. GLPI use PHPMAILER and we are unable to send a notification to a MS365 mailbox but work on other domains.. like gmail.
