MS Forms, Planner Power Automate function

I have a small task. I Have MS Forms & Planner. I already created a power automate flow to capture the form and create a task in planner with an Attachment. It works for one attachment. I just need to get multiple attachments. If you personally dont know then dont bid. You will do it on anydesk on my computer.
