Fix Excel VBA Email Reminder

Job ID: 40505071

Budget: £20 – £250 GBP

I already have an Excel workbook with a VBA module that should generate payment-due reminders through Outlook, but the e-mails repeat several times. Your first task will be to track down why the reminders are sending multiple times —whether that is a security prompt, a faulty loop, or a broken reference—and get the code running reliably.

Once that core problem is solved, I would like several functional tweaks. Think along the lines of personalised salutation lines drawn from each row, optional invoice attachments, cleaner HTML formatting, and whatever else you spot that could make the reminders look more professional. I am open to additional quality-of-life suggestions such as better date handling, status logging on a hidden sheet, or a simple on/off toggle for testing mode.

You will be working in Office 365 on Windows with desktop Outlook, so please be comfortable with the Outlook Object Model and common security work-arounds (early vs. late binding, trusted folders, etc.). Deliverables I expect:

• A fully functioning workbook with clearly commented, maintainable VBA that sends the reminders through Outlook without manual intervention
• Brief inline or separate documentation outlining any new parameters or set-up steps I need to know
• A quick walk-through (written or short call) so I can confirm everything works on my machine

If you have solved similar issues before, especially around Excel-to-Outlook automation, this should be a straightforward engagement. Let me know how soon you can start and how long you expect the fix and enhancements to take.
