Encrypting Emails with Subject Line rule

I would like my users of Office 365 to be able to simply enter the word SECURE in the subject line of an outgoing email and that would automatically encrypt the email and any attachments. I have Microsoft Office 365 E3 and obviously access to all admin centers.
