Email Deliverability & Domain Health Expert Needed
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm seeking an experienced specialist to address email deliverability issues, specifically emails going to spam. My email system is cloud-based, using services like GSuite or Office 365. I need assistance with implementing and optimizing SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication methods to improve email deliverability and domain health.
Key Responsibilities:
-Set up and monitor SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records across domains
-Register and configure new domains/subdomains as needed (GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.)
-Manage and maintain multiple business email accounts (Google Workspace, Zoho, Outlook, etc.)
-Monitor IP reputation, email bounce rates, and blacklist status (e.g., MXToolbox, Talos, Spamhaus)
-Provide regular reports on domain health, inbox placement, and technical issues
-Troubleshoot any email delivery problems and maintain consistent inbox placement
-Ensure proper warm-up and throttling practices when using cold email platforms
Preferred Skills:
-Proven experience with email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
-Familiarity with email marketing, cold outreach tools, and ESP setups
-Strong knowledge of DNS, IP reputation, and domain management
-Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve deliverability issues
-Experience with email warmup and rotation strategies
-Understanding of domain registrar and email provider interfaces
