Config DMARC for Office365. Mails go to spam folder

Im trying to configure an Office365 mail.
I did config dkim, spf and dmarc, but with a tester i got this error: No DMARC Record found
So my mails are sending to spam folder in hotmail/outlook

I need fix the error and that mails go to inbox.
I need that you help me by teamviewer or anydesk.
