I'm in need of a Microsoft Forms expert capable of creating an advanced order form that serves multiple functions. Specifically, the form should:
- Contain a field for product name, quantity, and price
- Include sections for collecting customer information (name, email, address)
- Automatically calculate total order costs by multiplying product quantity and price
