odoo 15, addons not visible, adding accounting and MTD in the UK
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
odoo 15 commnuity is installed in a normal way on a ubuntu 22.04 server under PLESK (latest)
Issue:
cannot load addon modules for some reason. No added modules are visible. Have tried to change odoo.conf, but then the installation crash.
I also changed privileges in the addon folder and then the App button disappeared. Do not know what to do. I am fed up.
1. Modules I add must be visible:
a. Accounting so I can do HMRC MTD reporting
b. several modules for sync to magento 2.4.6/3.
I had it working previously when running on docker.
Your skills:
1. Odoo 15
2. Adding accounting to community version
3. Adding HMRC MTD to odoo (it should be available by default)

I expect you to help me quickly(and I mean it). I installed the above in about 1 hour when I had docker but that was one year ago. So if you know your stuff you know what quickly means too.
