migrate from Infor Visual ERP to Odoo

I need assistance to install/migrate Infor Visual ERP to the lower cost Odoo ERP ("Enterprise Edition").
I am very familiar with my Infor Visual ERP's SQL Server database and I need you to assist me (via Skype chat/phone calls) with the installation, data migration's field mapping and ERP module setup.
The attached screenshots (with a red arrow) indicate which Visual ERP Modules we currently use.
I have a very flexible schedule and am usually available nights and weekends.
