Website ODOO Template customizations

Product Page
1. - Size selector redesign: currently the ODOO displays the size variants in this way https://prnt.sc/b0MqcWpgUiuu and we want the display the design similar to this way: https://prnt.sc/N9oOgE0mf5Cv and I would like to show the size depending on the user location if your my country (Mexico) show CM size and for the rest of the countries show US Sizes
2. - Inventory message: At the bottom of the size selector show the message “Recieve it in 5 days" when the selected size is available in the inventory in green letters and when there is no inventory of a specific size, the legend "Handmade to order, discover the process here" appears. 3.1. - We have a field for the user to enter their initials or any phrase ( https://prnt.sc/8alcfygP_7V4 ) and we want to limit it so that it can only enter up to 9 characters in capital letters or numbers and not allow special characters.
3.2. - In the same field for initials ( https://prnt.sc/8alcfygP_7V4 ) we want to change its design so that it only looks like the "Add Initials" option and if selected it enables the field limited to 9 characters and spaces whit this design: https://prnt.sc/ymbewGMCoeUO
3.3. For an additional product variant, we want to apply this design https://prnt.sc/ymbewGMCoeUO

5. I need all the design modifications available in responsive mode (please explore all the PDF pages to see the mobile versions)
Global Design Changes:
1. Add in the header the search bar so that it is always visible and hide it from the product listings and product pages.
2. Create a new design block similar to this https://prnt.sc/H9u9VfocVarb but with different CSS rules to be responsive to display the text above the image te be shown as I explain here https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/8299146?key=ed2243b8ee0ee172e50b644afc640d08
3. Create a design block that loads the video in floating mode when it is loaded using an image and when pressed opens the video (do not use the way odoo currently loads videos) as I explain here: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/8299185?key=98119ce4690aa50f8cfffdc9d7e2b290
