1-3 Video calls and questions on Odoo best practices, common pitfalls

I'm a freelancer working on a small odoo project for a beekeeper and I'm facing several general technical issues that I need help with. For me it would be perfect to have 1-3 video calls of an hour where we can go over some of the issues.
It's a small website for a local beekeepery where they produce several kinds of honey and sell it via their website. It's running on a Hetzner cloud vps on Odoo 13 under python 3.7 and the setup and requirements overall are not that complex.
What I'm looking for is 1-3 video calls with experienced Odoo developers about best practices and how to avoid common pitfalls and Odoo peculiarities.
Ideally you should have worked on 10+ Odoo projects with teams of at least 3 developers, know about different approaches and have opinions about their (dis)advantages.
I'm located in Austria Europe and am hoping to be able to schedule the first calls in the next few days.
