Upgrade Odoo Inventory & Warehouse

I already run Odoo but the Inventory & Warehouse area needs a serious overhaul. My goal is to refine the current configuration so that stock tracking is accurate, warehouse operations flow smoothly, and shipping links directly into our daily process.

Here’s what I need done:

• Examine the existing instance, spot configuration gaps, and map an upgrade path that keeps our data and customisations intact.
• Activate and fine-tune the full stock tracking stack—lots, serials, replenishment rules, automated moves, the works—so on-hand numbers always match reality.
• Structure multi-warehouse locations, routes, and picking types for clearer in-out visibility and fewer manual fixes.
• Connect shipping carriers to Odoo (label printing, tracking numbers, rate shopping) and be sure everything posts back to orders automatically.
• Test every flow from purchase receipt to customer delivery, address edge-cases, and document the final setup so my team can maintain it.

Access to the current server and a staging database will be provided the moment we kick off. If you’re comfortable working directly inside Odoo’s Inventory framework, writing small server actions when needed, and coaching end-users after go-live, let’s talk.
