Traccar Odoo Fleet Management Build

I’m ready to move from spreadsheets to a unified fleet management system and have already chosen Traccar for GPS data and Odoo as the business backbone. I need someone who can tie these two platforms together and deliver a working solution that covers the core needs of my operation.

Scope of work
• Configure and deploy a Traccar server that reliably captures real-time GPS data from all vehicles.
• Create or adapt Odoo modules to store that data and expose it to three distinct roles—Admin, Fleet Manager, and Driver—each with the right permissions and views.
• Integrate vehicle tracking, maintenance scheduling, fuel management, and payment processing for platform usage so everything sits in one dashboard.
• Build real-time analytics for daily operations: live vehicle status, alerts, and at-a-glance KPIs. Daily snapshots should roll up automatically into weekly and monthly reports that can be exported.
• Ensure two-way sync where needed (e.g., when a service order is closed in Odoo, Traccar reflects the status).
• Provide clean, documented code and deployment scripts so the system can be reproduced on a fresh server.

Nice-to-have skills
Experience with Python (Odoo), Java or Kotlin (Traccar), PostgreSQL, and REST/JSON APIs will be valuable. Familiarity with Docker or Ansible for deployment automation is a plus.

Deliverables
1. Running integration on my test server.
2. User-ready dashboards for the three roles.
3. Source code and documentation covering installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting.
