Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand automation requirements.
Translate business needs into technical specifications tailored for the insurance sector.
Collaboration:
Work Remotely with cross-functional teams, including insurance agents, underwriters, and IT staff.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Python and the Odoo framework.
Experience with PostgreSQL, JavaScript, HTML, and XML.
Knowledge of web development frameworks and technologies.
Experience:
2+ years of experience in Odoo ERP development.
Prior experience in customizing and integrating Odoo for the insurance industry is a plus.
Familiarity with Odoo's architecture and CRM.
