Single-User Odoo Setup & Customization

The goal is to move my one-person business off spreadsheets and into a lean, well-configured Odoo instance that keeps everything in one place. I already know the modules I want active—inventory management, sales tracking, full accounting with invoicing, and, most critically, CRM. Within the CRM app I rely on lead management, customer segmentation, and automated follow-ups to stay organised and respond quickly, so those workflows have to run flawlessly.

A clean install on a small cloud VPS (or alternative you recommend) will be required, followed by configuration of the mentioned modules, basic branding, and user-friendly dashboards tailored to a single login. No multi-company or multi-user complexity is needed; speed and simplicity are the priorities.

Deliverables
• Fresh Odoo installation (current stable release) on the agreed hosting environment
• Modules enabled and configured for inventory, sales, accounting/invoicing, and CRM
• Custom pipelines for leads with segmentation rules and email follow-up automation in place
• Test data entered to verify each flow from quotation to invoice and stock movement
• Short hand-off guide or recorded walkthrough so I can maintain and back up the system myself

The project is considered complete when every listed workflow executes without error and I can replicate them unaided using the supplied guide.
