Job Title: Urgent: Odoo Expert Needed for Simpro to Odoo Data Migration (7-Day Deadline)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Odoo specialist to urgently support a full data migration from Simpro to Odoo, with a strict 7-day turnaround.

This is a critical project for our business, and we require someone who has proven experience with Odoo implementations and complex data migrations, particularly from field service/job management systems.

Scope of Work:

Migrate all relevant data from Simpro into Odoo, including:
Customers and contacts
Jobs / projects (including full job history)
Quotes and invoices
Products and services
Attachments (documents, images, files linked to jobs)
Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration
Maintain relationships between records (e.g. job history linked to customers)
Map Simpro data structure correctly into Odoo modules
Assist with validation and testing post-migration
Provide support during go-live if required

Key Requirements:

Demonstrable experience with Odoo (essential)
Previous experience migrating data from Simpro (highly desirable)
Strong understanding of data mapping, ETL processes, and database structures
Ability to work quickly and meet a tight 7-day deadline
Clear communication and daily progress updates

Nice to Have:

Experience with field service or contractor-based businesses
Familiarity with both Simpro and Odoo APIs
