Simple Odoo Workflow

I run a small but growing business split across two legal entities. Our current setup in Odoo (and occasional tests with Dolibarr) feels far too heavy: every extra click and menu slows sales and confuses staff. I want the system pared back so we can focus on selling, billing, and keeping the books clean.

My priorities are clear: multi-company management, the quote-to-invoice flow, and the core accounting procedures must be radically simplified.

What I need from you
• Re-configure multi-company handling so each entity keeps its own journals and numbering while letting me share contacts or items when I choose.
• Cut the quote → invoice process to the bare essentials, keeping PDF templates neat and consistent.
• Trim accounting to purchases, sales, bank reconciliation, and a handful of core financial reports—nothing more.
