Simple Aweber to Odoo Migration

I need your help moving my email marketing setup from Aweber to a free, open-source alternative—most likely Odoo—no later than 4 October. I only use Aweber for the basics, so I’m looking for a straightforward, low-maintenance solution without the bells and whistles that come with a steep learning curve.
Here’s what matters to me:
• Core features must mirror what I already do—sending newsletters, running a few automated sequences, and basic subscriber management.
• All existing subscribers in Aweber have to be imported cleanly into the new system so I can pick up right where I left off.
• I rely on Aweber’s built-in templates which I modify to very simple text templates.
• The final setup should be ready for day-to-day use, with clear instructions that let me send a broadcast or schedule a sequence in minutes.
As long as those needs are covered, I’m open to your recommendations on configuration details (SMTP, SPF/DKIM, plug-ins, etc.) or even another open-source platform if it keeps the workflow simple. When we’re done, I want to log in, choose my list, paste my content, and hit send—nothing more complicated than that.
