Setup new Odoo for rental business

I am looking for a freelancer to help me set up a new Odoo system for my rental business.

Specific modules needed:
- Sales
- Inventory
- Rental
- Accounting
- Website
- e-commerce

Preferred Odoo version: latest

Skills and experience required:
- Strong knowledge and experience in setting up Odoo systems
- Familiarity with the specific modules needed for a rental business (Sales, Inventory, Rental)
- Proficient in the latest version of Odoo (Odoo 14)
- Ability to customize and configure the system to meet the specific needs of the rental business

Responsibilities:
- gather requirements and provide advice on best setup model
- Install and configure the Odoo system
- Set up the necessary modules for sales, inventory, and rental management
- Set up Accounting in compliant with ZATCA e-invoicing phase 1 and prepare to enable phase 2 when required
- Publish a website informative for the company
- integrate e-commerce to allow customer to rent online
- Setup online payments, cash on delivery, and QR Code payment
- Customize the system to meet the specific requirements of the rental business
- Ensure smooth migration of data to the new Odoo system (although no existing data needs to be migrated in this case)
- Provide guidance and support throughout the setup process
- Test and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the setup and implementation phase
- Provide transfer of knowledge sessions
