Setup Odoo 19 for bicycle Workshop

I am rolling out a fresh Odoo 19 instance for my bicycle workshop and want the core modules configured so my team can hit the ground running. The focus is on Payroll, Accounting, and Warehouse and Sales.

For Payroll I need proper employee attendance tracking tied to working schedules and automatic salary payments that respect local tax rules. No data migration is required on your side— it´s a new company , so there is no legacy — the engagement can stay laser-focused on clean configuration, workflow testing, and a brief hand-off session.

Accounting must reflect a simple chart of accounts, daily POS sales, supplier bills, and bike-service invoices, all flowing into bank reconciliation and basic financial reports. The Warehouse setup should map our single shop location, track spare-part inventory with re-ordering rules, and integrate with the service desk so a mechanic can book parts straight from a work order.

I will provide access to my own server along with sample employees, products, and tax tables. Once everything is configured and demonstrated to work end-to-end—from clock-in to payslip, from part receipt to posted invoice—the job is done.
