Set Up Odoo CRM Suite
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I want my company to move onto Odoo for customer management, billing, and core accounting. The job covers three pillars:
• CRM – install and configure the standard Odoo CRM module so we can capture leads, track opportunities, and follow the full sales pipeline.
• Invoicing – create branded invoice templates and enable recurring, one-off, and pro-forma options. I should be able to generate, email, and track payments directly from Odoo.
• Accounting – activate and tune the accounting module with a working chart of accounts, bank feeds, expense entry, and tax calculations. If payroll and advanced reports can be wired in cleanly, note that in your plan.
What I expect from you
1. A short implementation plan outlining the steps, timeline, and any data you’ll need from me.
2. A configured, tested Odoo instance (on-premise or cloud—whichever you recommend) with the three modules running smoothly together.
3. Brief user documentation and a live hand-over session so my staff can start using the system right away.
4. Post-launch support for at least two weeks to fix configuration issues.
Experience with Odoo 15/16, PostgreSQL, and basic server security is essential. If you have completed similar migrations, share links or screenshots so I can see your approach.
