Senior Odoo Techno Functional Expert

An established Odoo stack is already in production and now needs deep-dive enhancements that call for genuine techno-functional maturity. With no less than five years of hands-on experience, you will be expected to translate functional requirements into clean Python code, fine-tune PostgreSQL queries for performance, and reshape XML views without breaking existing business logic.

The scope covers end-to-end module tailoring, workflow extensions, and ad-hoc troubleshooting, so a balanced mix of analytical skills and development dexterity is essential. I will provide precise use-cases and staging access; you bring proven expertise in deploying upgrades smoothly, writing well-commented code, and explaining functional impacts to non-technical stakeholders.
