Remote Full-Time Odoo Implementer

I’m looking for an experienced Odoo professional who can join our team on a full-time, fully remote basis—six days a week, eight hours per day. We run Odoo 18 for a manpower-placement business, and the role centers on keeping our HR and CRM workflows smooth, intuitive, and well-documented.

Day-to-Day Tasks:

• Act as a bridge between our Odoo users and the Odoo implementation team by analyzing and understanding Odoo user and database requirements and needs, interpreting and communicating them, along with any challenges, to the Odoo implementer.
• Provide technical support to the implementer upon request.
• Develop simple user manuals to assist with common queries and Odoo’s standard operations.
