Real-Time 3CX–Odoo 18 Connector

I run an Odoo 18 instance and want every event from our 3CX PBX to appear inside the ERP the moment it happens. The target is a connector that listens to 3CX in real-time—using webhooks or the Call Control API—and pushes the data straight into Odoo without polling or manual refreshes.

At minimum the bridge must:
• Establish a persistent, real-time channel between 3CX and Odoo 18
• Be packaged as a clean, installable Odoo module with standard upgrade/uninstall behaviour
• Include clear setup documentation so my admin team can deploy it on staging and production

I’m open to expanding the scope to cover call logging, contact sync, or click-to-call if you can demonstrate they fit naturally into the same architecture, but first priority is getting the live data flow rock-solid.

Please outline the approach you’d take with Odoo ORM, webhook endpoints, and any 3CX SDK work, along with a realistic timeline and a quick note on how you’ll handle unit and live testing.
