Real Estate Odoo Suite Setup
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I run a young real-estate brokerage and I’m ready to move our scattered spreadsheets and ad-hoc tools into a single Odoo environment. The goal is to have a clean, cloud-hosted setup that my sales team can start using right away and that can scale as we grow.
Core scope
• CRM – configure lead management and sales tracking so new property enquiries move smoothly from prospect to closed deal, with clear dashboards for each agent.
• Accounting – enable invoicing, expense management and payroll. I need local tax rules, chart of accounts and bank feeds set up so monthly reconciliations are painless.
• Marketing add-ons – integrate a WhatsApp bot for instant lead replies and build basic social-media campaign flows (Facebook & Instagram) that feed straight into the CRM.
What I already have
• Fresh Odoo cloud subscription (no data yet).
• Property lead spreadsheet and sample invoices to import.
• Facebook Business and WhatsApp Business accounts ready for API keys.
What I expect from you
1. Install and configure the listed modules, test end-to-end.
2. Migrate my sample data and show me the import steps so I can repeat them.
3. Map out a simple workflow diagram and short video walk-through for my team (max 15 mins).
4. Leave me with written step-by-step notes on how to launch new social-media campaigns and connect future WhatsApp numbers.
Acceptance
• A test lead from Facebook/WhatsApp lands in Odoo, is converted to an opportunity, and an invoice can be generated—all while screens are shared with me.
• Payroll run produces payslips without errors and expense reports reconcile to the demo bank statement.
