Odoo LDAP & Office 365 Email Setup (Quick Task)

1. Objective

Perform a simple setup and fix for:

LDAP login (Active Directory) in Odoo
Office 365 email (send & receive) in Odoo

Both are standard configurations.

2. Scope of Work

This is a quick configuration task (no development required):

A. LDAP (Login Issue)
Fix LDAP login in Odoo
Same setup is already working in another server
Just need to align / correct configuration
B. Office 365 Email
Setup Outgoing Email (SMTP)
Setup Incoming Email (IMAP)
Perform basic test:
Send email
Receive email
3. Access Method
Work will be done via AnyDesk
Server and credentials will be provided
Server admin available for coordination
4. Working Hours
Must work within 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT+8)
5. Duration
Expected completion time: within 30 minutes
6. Deliverables
LDAP login working in Odoo
Odoo can send email
Odoo can receive email
7. Acceptance

Task is complete when:

User can log in via LDAP
Email sending works
Email receiving works
Verified live
8. Notes
This is a standard setup (no coding, no customization)
Similar configuration already exists and works
This is not a complex task
