Quick Odoo Adjustments Needed

I need an experienced Odoo developer to refine and adjust parts of my current installation. The instance is already live; I simply want specific tweaks carried out without disrupting our day-to-day operations. Once you review the database and current configuration, we can prioritise the items that require updates, whether that turns out to be view changes, workflow tweaks, or minor bug fixes.
Please be comfortable working directly on a staging copy first, documenting each modification, and then pushing the final adjustments to production.
