Optimize Odoo Retail Accounting for small business

I run a agrovet retail store that already uses Odoo, but the Accounting area is still a patchwork of half-finished settings. I need an experienced Odoo accountant who can jump in and get everything fully configured, tuned, and running smoothly.

Scope of work
• Configure inventory management so stock movements flow cleanly into accounting.
• Tighten the link between POS sales transactions and the books, including automatic tax postings.
• Build a solid expense-tracking workflow that captures vendor bills and employee expenses in real time.
• Complete the Accounting core setup: chart of accounts, fiscal positions, taxes, and default journals.
• Perform initial reconciliation to bring bank, cash, and credit-card balances in line with the live system.
• Set up clear, insightful financial and inventory reporting dashboards.

Acceptance criteria
• All inventory, sales, and expense entries post correctly to the general ledger without manual intervention.
• Chart of accounts matches the structure we agree on and passes my accountant’s review.
• Bank reconciliation shows a zero-difference balance on delivery.
• Standard and custom reports (P&L, balance sheet, inventory valuation, sales by category) run without errors and reflect accurate figures.
