Ongoing Odoo Developer for eCommerce Customization

I'm in urgent need of an Odoo expert to help customize my eCommerce platform. This is an ongoing role, paid hourly.
Key Responsibilities:
- eCommerce Customisation: The primary focus will be on enhancing the eCommerce capabilities of the platform.
- Custom Payment Gateway: I need a unique payment gateway tailored to my business needs.
- eCommerce Order Flow Customisation: This includes customizing the order management and shipping processes.
- Theme Design: Lastly, I will need assistance with designing an appealing and functional theme.
The ideal candidate for this project should:
- Have extensive experience with Odoo, particularly with eCommerce customization.
- Be able to start working immediately.
- Have strong skills in theme design.
- Be able to customize the checkout process, payment management and shipping management.
- Have strong English skills.
- Previous experience with Odoo.
