One-on-One Odoo Accounting Training

I run a rice import and distribution company in Jeddah and I’m ready to put Odoo at the heart of our operations. I need a tutor who can coach me personally, step-by-step, until I can handle the platform with confidence and read my numbers like a pro.

Scope of learning
We’ll cover the full workflow in Odoo—Inventory, Accounting & Finance, plus Sales/CRM—because they all tie together in my business. The emphasis is on producing clear financial statements, keeping a tight grip on cash-flow, and tracking stock accurately from port arrival to customer delivery.

Preferred style
One-on-one, live sessions (Zoom, Meet or a similar tool). I learn fastest by sharing screen and doing the work myself while you guide me.

Deliverables
• A training schedule tailored to a small import/distribution operation
• Live interactive lessons with practical exercises on my own Odoo instance
• Simple reference notes or recorded sessions after each lesson
• A final walk-through where I generate a Balance Sheet, P&L, cash-flow report and reconcile inventory without assistance

Acceptance
I’ll consider the job complete once I can independently:
• Receive shipments, allocate landed costs and see the impact on stock value
• Issue sales orders, invoices and collect payments that flow straight into the accounts
• Produce accurate financial statements and a rolling cash-flow forecast
