Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Odoo Runbot Developer to install and configure a runbot that allows us to deploy Odoo v16 containers for our custom modules. Each repository will have its own routes for modules, enabling us to perform different tests for each client. The runbot will provide access to an interface that displays an environment per branch, where it will attempt to install all modules from scratch and run all tests within the test folder. If any tests fail, it will notify us, allowing us to make the necessary modifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure a runbot for Odoo v16.
- Set up deployment of Odoo v16 containers with our custom modules.
- Ensure each repository has its own routes for modules to allow differentiated testing for each client.
- Provide access to an interface showing an environment per branch.
- Ensure the runbot attempts to install all modules from scratch and runs all tests within the test folder for each environment.
- Implement a notification system for test failures, enabling us to address issues promptly.
- Collaborate with our team to understand specific requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Odoo development, particularly with Odoo v16.
- Strong knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
- Experience with runbot installation and configuration.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and continuous integration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to module installation and testing.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
