Odoo V16 EE on premise connecting with Ebay

We have a readily installed and working with Odoo V16 EE on premise.
We have activated eCommerce and Ebay Modules/Apps.
We have created the necessary tokens in Ebay (via developer.ebay.com) and pasted them to Odoo.
When we try to list items on Ebay it shows an Error:
"Ebay is unreachable. Please try later"
We are (urgently) looking for someone who would walk us through the process of connecting Ebay correctly to Odoo in bidirectional synchronisation.
