Odoo Workflow Automation & E-Commerce Integration

I need a seasoned Odoo developer to refine the Sales, Inventory and Accounting modules in my existing instance. The immediate goal is to replace several manual touch-points with fully automated workflows—quotation to invoice, stock movements, and journal postings—all triggered by business events rather than people chasing spreadsheets.

Alongside the automation, I want clearer insight into performance, so you will build reporting and analytics that let me track order cycle times, real-time stock valuation and ageing, plus month-end financial snapshots directly inside Odoo without exporting to Excel.

All of this has to stay in sync with our e-commerce storefront. Products, stock levels, orders and returns must flow seamlessly between Odoo and the online shop through the standard API or a lightweight connector you develop.

Deliverables
• Workflow rules, server actions or Python code that automate the agreed Sales, Inventory and Accounting scenarios.
• Interactive dashboards and custom reports available from the Odoo UI.
• Two-way integration between Odoo and the e-commerce platform, with automated tests validating data consistency.
• Clear deployment notes and user documentation so my in-house team can maintain the solution.

I already host Odoo and will give you SSH and admin access to a staging environment. If you are confident with Odoo’s ORM, PostgreSQL, and consuming REST/GraphQL APIs, I’d like to hear how you would tackle the job and a rough timeline for each milestone.
