Odoo.sh B2B Wholesale Setup

We are launching a B2B eCommerce platform for trading cards and collectible games, similar to sites like GTS Distribution, Blackfire eu, and Asmodee UK.

We need an experienced Odoo developer ( Odoo.sh) to set up, configure, and customize our site using Odoo Enterprise or Self host.
Project Goals:

Build a professional B2B-only website

Customer registration with admin approval

Catalog and prices only visible after login

Tiered pricing by customer type

Pre-order and stock status logic

Optional CSV ordering and downloadable dealer assets

Scope of Work:
Setup

Deploy Odoo Enterprise on Odoo.sh (we’ll subscribe) OR Self hosted

Install core modules: Website, Sales, Inventory, CRM, Accounting, Portal

B2B Logic

Hide pricing/catalog until login

Add reseller signup form (with VAT number field)

Approve customers before they can access pricing or order

Assign different pricelists based on customer group

Catalog Features

Build product categories: TCGs, sleeves, sealed boxes, etc.

Enable product filtering (brand, product type, availability)

Configure stock visibility and pre-order logic

Optional

Allow CSV order upload

Create dealer resource download area (PDFs, images)

Setup regional pricing (SG/UK/EU) and multi-language if possible

Deliverables:

Fully functional Odoo.sh-based B2B website

Tested registration and approval workflow

Proper backend setup for inventory, sales, accounting

Instructions for ongoing use (we’re non-technical)
Requirements:

Proven experience with Odoo Enterprise + Odoo.sh OR Self hosted

Experience building B2B eCommerce flows

Familiarity with OCA modules like:

Website Sale B2B

Signup Approval Flow

Fluent in English and good communicator
