Odoo Website Customizations V15

I want you to do some customizations to my E-commerce, currently using Base Theme of Odoo V15.
The theme base is so basic, to make customizations is needed to dive into the code, find where is it and change from there, very careful. Document all the changes made is necessary to send a report to the end client.
You must have previous experience working with Odoo and very good with CSS and flex-box to get my dream website as I need. Only for English or Spanish speaker freelancer. I will be working aprox for 4 days, the total of sections to modify are 15.
