Odoo System Setup for Multifaceted Companies

We need the pos connected to the slip printer in the front office.
once a transaction is done both on the online or on the pos the warehouse printer should print out the order . We also need a delivery company connected to the system which will get a notification once an order is placed to collect the order ( the billing should be added on the order if the delivery is checked . The card machine should be connected to the pos system this will send the amount that needs to be paid and once paid it will updated the pos . Warehouse Mangement will need print barcodes and also enrolling the items on to the system . Fleet Mangement should allow for us to also keep check of the services of the car and also car licensing expiring date and any repairs done or need , we also need the job cards of technical team added and also allow once signed a copy must be sent to the manager and client . Second company Alkebulan Ham Group deals with Mining equipment hire , we need to be able to have employees sign in to work from the system and get the location and time where they checked and checked from duty this should be feed in to they timesheet . Also need to log all repairs needed to be done which employees can log and it is sent to the relevant manager . In this company we also have rental property and need some way to mange the invoicing and the repairs needed on the complex and also keep track of different locations .

Assets capital loans is a company that deals with loans that are secured by an asset’s a car or property . Client must be able to sign the agree digitally and send the copy to the client and the office , our loans are based on a 30 days cycle the system must be able to send a reminder to a client before the due date . The system must provide a client a link to pay the interest or settle the account in full from the reminder notification if they do pay the system should update and also send the client a confirmation. We also need the contract generated by the system and also a settlement letter once an account is closed . If the 10days after the due date the system should notify the manger and the client by a formal email of the cancelled agreement .
In the pre checking the system must be able to check the assets on hpi and also request for the id to be uploaded , inspection pictures , documents of ownership . We need new client pricing and old and promo code cost .

Su casa Bruial estate is a private cemetery with currently two locations . We need a system to manage the plots and the information of the late person and the family member which is buying the plot. We need a database which will be on the website with pictures and videos of the late person and the story and the plot number where they are resting . System should also be able to generate a sales invoice and contract which the client will sign digitally and also generate a plot certificate digital and email everything to the client . We also have a mortuary where we keep people before they are laid to rest . The system must keep records of everyone and also the details of the death and who took them and brought them . Need two pricing models one for general public and one for funeral homes who buy on behave of they clients .

The system must create a back up on another vps we will provide the details .
We will also outline access and rights of departments and persons .
We also have the same people approving on all four companies .
