Odoo Survey Enhancement Expert Needed

I'm seeking an experienced Odoo developer who can undertake a comprehensive customization of our Odoo survey module to enhance its functionality and user experience. The project encompasses three main areas:
Business requirements
To conduct surveys by integrating with call center solution each survey will be associated with company name and has certain questions also to be able to upload list of mobile number in the survey.
The call center agents (multiple users) will lunch the campaign and will fill the data manually during the calls
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in Odoo customization, particularly with surveys, and possess a portfolio showcasing previous relevant projects.
