Odoo B2B Store Operations Manager
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
My wholesale e-commerce site runs entirely on Odoo and I need a reliable pair of hands to keep the day-to-day operations moving smoothly. Most of your time will go into three repeatable jobs—refreshing product images, creating new SKUs with the correct attributes, and sending routine emails to our existing client list. I already have basic guidelines for each task; they explain folder structure for pictures, the data fields we track in Odoo, and the tone we use when we reach out to clients. You will fine-tune them as you become familiar with the workflow.
Beyond those core duties, you’ll occasionally onboard a new B2B customer, trigger our automated payment reminders, and escalate any unpaid invoices that slip through. Everything happens inside Odoo (Inventory, Sales, Email Marketing and Accounting modules), so confidence navigating that environment is essential. Light image editing in Canva or Photoshop is a plus because it speeds up the catalogue refresh.
The workload is a few focused hours each weekday. If you show initiative—spotting catalogue issues before I do, improving email templates, tightening the payment cycle—I’m ready to expand the role into a full-time operations position.
Deliverables and success criteria
• Daily: newly added or updated products live with accurate pricing, images and variants
• Daily: outbound client emails queued or sent, with replies handled within 24 h
• Weekly: payment follow-ups triggered; overdue list exported for my review
• Ongoing: process documentation updated whenever a step changes
Please share a brief note on your Odoo experience and the tools you prefer for image editing. I read every application and will invite promising candidates to a short video call so we can walk through the actual database together.
