Odoo-Square Integration Setup

I’m ready to launch a clean, fully synced workflow between Odoo 17 and Square for Patriot Powertrain in Redding, CA. My 2,500-SKU catalog is already formatted in CSV/XLSX, so I need you to focus on a precise, end-to-end configuration rather than data cleanup.

Scope of work
• Import and map the entire catalog into both Odoo and Square, verifying that every SKU, price, and description lines up.
• Enable two-way sync for products, prices, and—most critically—inventory and sales, as that accuracy is my top priority.
• Configure the core Odoo modules I’ll be using: Inventory, Sales, and Invoicing.
• Create one warehouse (Patriot Powertrain — Redding, CA) and define a basic Admin role; Sales staff and Inventory manager roles might follow later, but only Admin is required for now.
• Keep Square as the live payment processor while Odoo records the transactions.
• Add the “Patriot Partner Program” customer pricing group so wholesale customers automatically receive their discount tier.
• Set up weekly digest email alerts for invoices, low stock, and failed syncs.
• Activate automatic backups and deliver a concise setup guide so I can maintain everything after hand-off.
• Finish with a round of testing to confirm that catalog imports, order flows, and stock adjustments work flawlessly.
