Odoo-Shopify Workflow & Accounting Setup
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I need my Shopify store fully integrated with Odoo 19 so every sale moves through a clear, automated path inside Odoo.
The priorities are:
• Order processing – the moment a customer buys on Shopify the order should land in Odoo, trigger the right warehouse operation and generate the corresponding invoice automatically.
• COD orders and settlements – a separate workflow that holds the invoice open until the courier confirms cash collected, then posts the receipt to the correct cash-on-delivery journal and reconciles it.
• Payment-gateway settlements – daily or weekly batches must be imported, matched against open invoices and posted to the appropriate bank journal, with fees broken out.
Beyond the mechanics of those flows I also want to understand which journals, accounts and bank entries Odoo creates at each step. Please configure the journals, create sample transactions and walk me through the results so I can repeat the process myself later.
Deliverables
1. Working Odoo 19–Shopify connector with the three workflows above fully tested.
2. Configured accounting structure (journals, accounts, bank reconciliation rules) matching my chart of accounts.
3. Short hand-off session or video explaining every journal entry produced by each scenario (online payment, COD collected, gateway fees).
4. Step-by-step documentation so future team members can maintain the setup.
I already have server access, Shopify API credentials and a clean Odoo 19 database waiting, so you can start as soon as we agree on the milestones.
