Odoo Setup for Sales & Accounting

I need a clean, from-scratch installation of Odoo focused on the Sales and Accounting modules. The aim is to automate as many routine steps as possible—quoting, order confirmation, invoicing, payment reconciliation, and basic financial reporting—so the platform can run day-to-day processes with minimal manual intervention.

Here is what I expect as concrete deliverables:
• Fresh deployment of the latest stable Odoo Community (or Enterprise if you recommend and I supply the license).
• Full configuration of the Sales and Accounting modules tailored to my workflows, including taxes, chart of accounts, payment terms, and automated email templates.
• Workflow automation rules set up for quote approval, invoice generation, and reminders.
• User roles and access rights defined for management, sales reps, and bookkeeping.
• Brief hand-off session (recorded screen share is fine) so I can understand how to maintain and extend the setup.

There is no legacy data to migrate, so you can go straight into configuration and testing. If additional modules or third-party apps prove essential to reach full automation, please flag them early so we can approve and integrate them smoothly.
