Odoo Setup for Manufacturing Firm
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m ready to roll out a clean, out-of-the-box Odoo environment for a mid-size manufacturing operation and need a specialist to get the core modules—Sales, Inventory and Accounting—installed, configured and fully functional.
Scope
• Provision a fresh Odoo instance on our Ubuntu VPS (or advise on optimal hosting).
• Activate the three modules and walk through standard configuration steps so they work together seamlessly for a manufacturing flow: RFQ → Sales Order → Stock Moves → Invoices.
• Populate initial master data (products, vendors, customers, chart of accounts) from my CSV sheets.
• Set user roles and basic security rules appropriate for a production shop floor, sales desk and finance team.
• Provide a quick hand-off session so my staff understands the everyday screens, reports and workflows.
No code changes or custom modules are required; I want to keep future upgrades simple by sticking to vanilla Odoo features. If you have prior experience deploying Sales, Inventory and Accounting for manufacturing businesses, you’ll be up to speed right away.
Deliverable: a live Odoo instance accessible through our domain, with sample transactions proving each module works end-to-end, and a short SOP document outlining the key steps you performed (so we can repeat them in staging later).
